Finding quality therapy for your child can be overwhelming

Get in touch.
Call, email, or fill out a contact form here to schedule a free, 15-minute phone consultation. During that call we will discuss the concerns you have for your child and what you are hoping to get out of therapy. I will also answer any questions you have about therapy.

Schedule an intake appointment.
If you feel like I am a good fit for your child or teen we can schedule an intake session. During this appointment I will gather detailed information about your child and family history.

Follow-up appointments.
I will meet with you and your child every week or every other week depending on your family's needs. Therapy lasts on average from 3 to 6 months but can last from 9 to 12 months depending on the areas of concern and frequency of services. We will develop treatment goals together that are specific to your child's needs and evaluate their progress in treatment periodically. My ultimate goal is to teach your child coping skills so they can help themselves feel better and will not need to rely on therapy for an extended period of time.
